Old Fold Manor was designed by one of the greatest golf course architects of all time - Harry Colt. His design philosophy helped to shape Augusta National, too, so it's not surprising that Old Fold is famous for its greens.
Colt was also famous for bringing a seaside links feel to inland courses so, you’ll find a few extra challenges here. These are some of the reasons why Old Fold held Regional Qualifying for The Open Championship from 2005-2010.
Aldenham Golf & Country Club could not be easier to find, situated less than a mile from junction 5 on the M1 with the A41, and just 5 miles from the M25 (junctions 19 and 22) – just outside Watford.
For a memorable golfing experience, you can either play The Church Course, our beautiful 18-hole, tree-lined, parkland golf course that boasts scenic views over the Hertfordshire countryside or enjoy 9 holes on The Village Course. Both golf courses provide challenges to golfers of every level.
Founded in 1899, South Herts is a premier North London members club boasting two golf courses names after two golfing greats who have served as club professional. The 18 hole 'Vardon Course' and the 9 hole 'Rees Course' provide excellent challenges for all levels of golfer.
Surrounded by one of the most spectacular parkland Golf Courses in Hertfordshire, Dyrham Park's majestic Clubhouse with its jewel in the crown - the Grand Hall - never fails to impress. Set in the heart of the estate, it offers a warmth, elegance and style enjoyed by all.
Looking for a friendly and welcoming golf society with a strong Irish connection? The London GAA Members Golf Society has been bringing together ex-players, officials, and supporters of the GAA in London since 1984. More than just golf, we celebrate Irish culture, build lifelong friendships, and, most importantly, enjoy the craic!
We have five fantastic society outings lined up this year, offering a great mix of competitive and social golf in a relaxed atmosphere. You don’t have to be Irish to join—our society welcomes golfers of all standards, no matter where you’re from. What brings us together is a shared love of golf and good company.
